Reservation Information
  1. TORO VILLA stays must be booked and confirmed prior to arrival. Please visit our website online to check for availability BEFORE calling our reservation hotline.
  2. Guests must pay 100% of the basic room rates within two days after the booking (if a tour package also has been booked, the cost of the package tour can be made upon arrival).
  3. Please fax the following information after payments have been made either by wire or ATM transfer: wire confirmation, guest name, telephone number, dates reserved, suite(s) reserved, number of guests and the last 5 digits of the ATM transfer. After guest payments have been received, we will contact the guests to confirm the reservations.
  4. Guest reservation is complete ONLY when such confirmation has been provided by TORO VILLA. If there are any questions, please feel free to contact us.2.If 100% of the basic room rates are not received within 2 days, guest booking will be cancelled and there will be no further notice.
  5. We apologize for any inconveniences.3.If guests cannot check-in as a result of earthquakes, typhoons or other natural disasters beyond ones control which leads to transportation disruptions, ferries closing as determined and announced by the Bureau of Meteorology in accordance with Taitung’s weather condition, guests will have the option to either reschedule the reservation to other available dates or receive a 95% refund (after deducting a 5% service charge).
  6. .If guests are not able to leave the island due to transportation disruptions caused by typhoons, TORO VILLA will offer any available suites at a 40% discount.
  7. Changes to reserved dates, number of guests or type of suite need to be made 15 days prior to check-in (limit to one-time change).
  8. Cancellation Policy:
    a.10 days prior to check-in date: 70% refund
    b.7 days prior to check-in date: 50% refund
    c.No refunds less than 7 days prior to check-in date 7.Rescheduling Policy:

     a.Notice received 7 days prior to check-in date: guests may reschedule to other dates within 90 days after the original check-in date, subject to availability.
     b.If the whole VILLA was reserved, guests need to provide notice
  10. days prior to check-in date to be eligible for rescheduling to within 90 days after the original check-in date, subject to availability.8.Rescheduling or cancellations are limited to one-time only.9.Please feel free to contact our reservation hotline for any questions or reservations at Tel:886- 0955-737555, Ms. Chen.

Guest Information
  1. Check-in: after 1:00 p.m. Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.
  2. When checking-in, guest must present his/her citizenship ID card for verification and make payments of all balances due. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone who does not have CONFIRMED reservation.
  3. To maintain high quality of services and protect the rights of all guests, the following are prohibited on the premises of TORO VILLA:

    a.Smoking            b.Drinking of alcohol

    c.Eating of betel nuts               d.Pets

  4. All furniture, electronics, furnishings, appliances, towels, etc. are the properties of TORO VILLA. Guests are to pay for the purchase prices if they are damaged and/or lost.
